We provide training to employees based on their experience, length of service, dedication and loyalty to the company. Our Training Unit identifies training needs through discussions with Unit Heads, and by considering employees’ suggestions stated on the individual annual performance appraisals.
Training for GIC staff is divided into four categories:
Invitation on scheduled local & international courses
In-house training by using GIC expert staff and/or international experts & consultants.
Training courses outside Kuwait
The Career Development Unit gives employees the opportunity to learn and extend their current range of skills within the company.
